| The weather worked out for us despite
forecasts for possible thunderstorms. This limited the number of
Mustangs that flew in but we had a good turn out of people. Bill
Scheltema showed off his award winning Mustang II and its folding wing
that he uses for trailering. Look for an article on his plane in an
upcoming issue of Sport Aviation. Sunday we were going to have a fly out of Mustangs for breakfast but fog in the area curtailed this and we just drove to a local restaurant. We did a formation photo shoot later in the morning with Ross Barnett, Bill Scheltema, and Chris Tieman in the Midget Mustang. |
