Will I fit in a Midget Mustang?

We have found that this is more a matter of personal preference.  There are pilots who are 6'4" and 240 pounds that think they fit ok in a standard Midget Mustang.  There are others 5'8" and 160 pounds that think it is too tight.  It depends on what each person is used to.

Most people will touch at the shoulders.  There is plenty of leg room with our new fiberglass seat back for even the tallest pilots.  Headroom in the standard M-I is limited to pilots under 6'1" depending on their height distribution.  The M-IA canopy provides much more headroom.

People that sit in the airplane are usually quite surprised about how much room there is.  The Midget Mustang fuselage is a fair amount larger than a Cassut and the cockpit is much more spacious.  There is a fair amount of baggage space as well.

Anyway you look at it the pilot does basically wear the airplane.  That and the responsive handling are exactly what gives one the unmatched sense of flying in the Midget Mustang.
